Transparent Hands is preparing to organize a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session in Ayun, Lower Chitral, a beautiful but underserved region in KPK. The city faces severe healthcare challenges due to its remote location and lack of medical facilities. This upcoming medical camp aims to provide much-needed relief through free consultations, diagnostic tests, ultrasound scans, and medicines to the people of Chitral.

Challenges
In Ayun, Chitral, many residents struggle to access even basic medical services. The public healthcare facilities are often under-resourced and overcrowded, while private healthcare is out of reach for many people due to poverty. The region’s harsh winters and limited transportation further isolate communities, worsening health outcomes.
According to a recent report, stomach and intestinal diseases have affected 1,114 residents of Chitral. Moreover, typhoid and tuberculosis are also common in the area.

Solution
