Anna Zahid's Story

Anna Zahid is a 24 years old beautiful lady who lives in a rural area of Lahore with her husband and 6 months old baby. Her husband works as a receptionist and earns around 20,000 rupees a month. In such meager income, he has to take care of his family and his old mother who is heart patient. They all live in a small house with other two families.

Around 4 months ago, Anna started experiencing severe abdominal pain which got worse after eating meals. She took various medicines but they could only provide her relief for some time. She finally went to a specialist who diagnosed her with gallbladder stones and advised surgery for it. Anna and her husband don’t have enough money to get her operated. She requested local hospitals for free of cost surgical treatment but they put her on a long waiting list. Anna couldn’t wait for that long as she was experiencing multiple symptoms including abdominal pain, vomiting and digestive problems.

Anna is now scheduled for her surgery (Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy) in a few days at Akram Medical Complex. After the surgery, she’ll be able to live a healthier life with her family like before.

Anna Zahid's Story

Anna Zahid 24 years old lady was suffering from pain Rt. Hypochondrium and vomiting. She was diagnosed with Symptomatic Gallstones and was advised surgery for her symptoms. Her Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was done on 24-01-18 in Akram Medical Complex by Dr. Ahmed Fawad. She remained admitted for 2 days and had good post operative recovery. She was discharged symptom-free in perfect health.
