Alif Shah's Story
Before you proceed to read about the details of Alif Shah’s cardiac ailment, please know that you can help him. Your donation, however small it may be, will relieve an ailing heart. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Alif Shah’s Angiography as much as you can.
Four months ago, sixty years old Alif Shah felt a searing pain on the left side of his chest. At first, he waited for the pain to subside. Later, he visited a cardiologist who diagnosed Alif Shah with Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD). IHD is a term given to the heart condition caused by narrowed heart arteries. When arteries are narrowed, less blood and oxygen reach the heart muscle. This can ultimately lead to a heart attack.
Now, Alif Shah is spending his days hovering between life and death. Therefore, the cardiologist has advised him to undergo Angiography. Angiography is an imaging test to visualize the arteries of the heart. Unfortunately, Alif Shah cannot afford the hefty cost of an Angiography. Due to his withering age, Alif Shah has been out of work for many years. Therefore, he financially relies on his brother, who supports him. His support barely covers the cost of household expenses. Therefore, he is in no position to arrange for his brother’s angiography now. He told us:
“I cannot bear this pain. It has made me afraid. I have never been more scared of death. Transparent Hands has assured me that they will support me. Please help me and donate for my case.”
After a lot of distress, as per his doctor’s advice, Alif Shah has registered his case with Transparent Hands. We have assured him that we would arrange his cardiac procedure for free. But, that won’t be possible without your help. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Alif Shah’s Angiography.
