Muhammad Ayyan is 8 years old boy who lives in a rural area of Kasoor with his parents and 4 school going siblings. He likes to play with his toys and his siblings when he is free from school. Muhammad Ayyan is a student of class two but because of health issues for some time, he is now feeling difficulty in going to school and study. His father is a labourer and earns around 15,000 rupees per month. In such meager income, he struggles to pay for the school fees of his kids and household expenses.

Muhammad Ayyan was diagnosed with kidney stones around 2 years ago. His father took him to a doctor who gave him medications for relief. The medicines didn’t work well and stones were also developed in his ureter causing him extreme pain and difficulty. His father took him to other doctor who suggested surgery to remove the stones. They visit a few local hospitals for help as they cannot afford the surgical treatment themselves. One of the hospitals gave them surgery date of December 2017 but when they went on the given date, they refused to conduct surgery and told them to wait for another year as the waiting list was too long.

Muhammad Ayyan cannot wait for another year as his health is getting affected with the passage of time. He feels severe pain in his lower abdomen and burning sensation while urinating.
