Nazran Bibi is struggling with her deteriorating health for past few months. She has no means to get herself treated from a good hospital. Around one and half year ago, Nazran Bibi was diagnosed with gall bladder stones and doctor recommended her to undergo surgery to fix the issue. She went to a few local hospitals for free of cost surgical treatment but nobody paid attention to her. Her husband died around 20 years ago and since then, she is dependent on her son for every little need. She has 5 more sons but they all are married and living separately with their families.

Nazran Bibi’s son works as a daily wager laborer and earns around 400 rupees a day. In such meager income, he has to take care of household expenses and also pay for his mother’s medication. Nazran Bibi is experiencing severe abdominal pain these days due to which she is unable to perform her daily household chores. She also experiences vomiting and digestive difficulties. Her son came to know about Transparent Hands through a relative and he immediately reached out for his mother’s treatment.
