Hina Kanwal, a 38-year-old resident of Karachi, is now nine months pregnant with her fifth child. Considering her medical records and current situation, the gynecologist has advised her to undergo a Lower-segment C-section to deliver her baby; a surgical incision (cut) is made in the lower segment of the uterus to deliver a baby.

Hina and her husband find themselves in a challenging situation as they reside in a rented home with their four children. Their financial circumstances are far from ideal, with her husband’s monthly income barely reaching PKR 16,000.
