A 59 Years old, Gul Badshah, security guard who can hardly manage his daily duty and is a soul earner of his family. He can barely earn 6000 per month and cannot afford for his surgery. He has multiple stones in his liver. He is suffering from severe pain from last 3 years. He has blood loss from his urine.
