Help Us Restore Zubaida Rafique’s Vision
Zubaida Rafique's Story
Zubaida Rafique, a 55-year-old woman from Lahore, is struggling with a cataract in her right eye. She received symptomatic treatment from a nearby hospital and got temporary relief for some time. However, her condition has been severely impairing her vision for a few months. The recommended treatment for her condition is Phaco + IOL surgery. It is a specialized procedure that offers hope for restoring her eyesight and reducing her daily struggles. The cost of the procedure is beyond her financial means.
She lives in a rented house along with her three children. Her son is a daily wager and earns approximately PKR 40,000 per month. The rent of the house is PKR 10,000. Her son cannot afford her surgical expenses due to financial hardships. This surgery is essential to restore her vision and help her gain independence.
Zubaida said it in a depressed tone:
“This surgery will enable me to see the world clearly again. My son does all he can, but we simply can’t afford the cost of this surgery. Your generous donations can restore the precious gift of my sight. It will allow me to live a life free from the constraints of impaired vision.”
Your kind donations will go directly towards:
– Cataract Surgery
– Life-saving medications
– Medical treatments and hospital stays
– Follow-ups after the surgery
Zubaida’s impaired vision casts a shadow over her day-to-day life, making even the simplest tasks difficult. Let us work together and show her family they are not alone in their struggle. Our combined support can bring them the light of hope.
