Shabeena and her husband, a young couple, find themselves facing a difficult journey in a world full of uncertainty. She is expecting her third child, but due to their financial situation, they are unable to pay for safe delivery. Syeda Shabeena, a 25-year-old resident of Karachi, is pregnant with her third child. She went to the local hospital for a checkup in her sixth month of pregnancy. Considering her current situation, the gynecologist has advised her to undergo a lower-segment C-section to deliver her baby. The procedure requires a  surgical incision (cut) that is made in the lower segment of the uterus to deliver a baby. She and her baby would remain at risk without the C-Section. 

She lives in a rented house with her husband and two family members. Her husband is a labourer who earns just PKR 20,000 per month. They are in urgent need of support and hope. Shabeena said in distress:
