Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp on 1st November 2019 at Village Bazeed Pur, Kasur. The medical camp was conducted to facilitate the deserving people of this village who were suffering from various viral diseases such as diarrhea and bacterial infections due to contaminated food and water. In the camp, 387 people were provided following healthcare facilities:

Registration of deserving cases for free surgeries / medical procedures

Around 67 patients underwent Hepatitis B & C screening tests and 14 were diagnosed with HCV and further registered with Transparent Hands for treatment. Two cases of tuberculosis were also identified in the camp along with two surgical cases.

Result of Medical Camp at Bazeed Pur Valley

Transparent Hands team comprising of 18 members managed this medical camp successfully. The team included 7 doctors, 2 patient coordinators, 5 lab assistants, 2 pharmacists, 1 photographer, 1 supervisor and volunteers. The people of village thanked Transparent Hands and lauded the efforts and dedication of their doctors, paramedical staff and volunteers who took part in this camp and provided them free healthcare services.
