Transparent Hands is a Global Crowdfunding Platform that connects Private Hospitals, Poor Patients and Donors. Transparent Hands provides free of cost surgeries to the needy patient of Pakistan while ensuring complete transparency.
These days, people want to involve in charity organizations through donations. All over the world, there are people who wish to donate to a social cause. But the questions arises, whom to donate? While there are people who don’t think twice while donating, there are many others who want their money to be spent on the right cause. They want to see where each penny of their donation amount is going. This has become a serious concern for the donors as not every organization spend the donation/charity on the cause they are promoting.
Transparent Hands makes sure that our donors enjoy 100% transparency at all levels; from the time when they donate to a specific campaign until the patient is recovered after surgery. We do this through a number of ways:
When a donor donates for a surgery of specific patient, his/her personal dashboard is created on Transparent Hands web site. On the dashboard, donors can keep record of the entire donation amount and the patient to whom they donate.
After the surgery of that patient to whom donor has donated, they receive first follow-up regarding the patient’s condition right after the surgery. After a few days, donor receives 2nd follow-up about how the patient is doing and have they resumed their daily activities.
Lastly, all the patient’s medical bills and reports are uploaded on the web sites for everyone to see. This is how people are assured that we are actually funding the surgeries of poor people with the help of donations.
In addition to the regular updates and feedback, Transparent Hands also arrange meetings of donors and patients on request. This is how donor receives satisfaction about both patients and Transparent Hands.
Maintaining transparency and gaining the trust of donors is one of the priorities of our organization. We try to satisfy the donors in every possible way we can. There are many donors who donate for a number of times to our patients and that’s because they put trust in us and we’ll keep on continue to satisfy both our needy patients and the donors without whom our mission would not be possible.
