Yes. The amount you donate covers the cost of surgical treatment of the patient you choose. Medical Partners provide surgical treatment to the patients accepted by Transparent Hands with a surety that the total cost of surgery will be paid by the donors.

Transparent Hands take donors security very seriously and make sure that your payment information is safe on our web portal. Your debit/credit card information is not stored with us but only with your connected banks. Furthermore, your financial information is also managed by STRIPE, which is a globally trusted online payment company for all your payments you are making on our web site.

Transparent Hands doesn’t save any financial information on its web portal. That means, all the information is saved with the bank through which the donor has donated for patients.

Banks may decline your card for a number of reasons. To ensure the safety of your financial information, Transparent Hands doesn’t receive any details about your card and why it was declined. Therefore, if your card is declined for any reason, please contact your card provider for further assistance.
