Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests

A total of 689 deserving patients received free consultations medications, diabetes screenings, hepatitis B and C tests, cholesterol checks, and blood pressure monitoring at the camp. Additionally, a total of 69  diagnostic tests were also conducted to assess the health needs of the patients. 

Preventive Healthcare Session 

During the camp, one of our expert doctors led a preventive healthcare session focused on the prevention of malaria. 

Diseases and Treatments

Most of the patients who sought consultation were suffering from fever, cough, flu, sore throat, chest infection, earache, eye infection, toothache, seasonal allergies, abdominal pain, diarrhea, PCOS, scabies, migraine, diabetes, and high blood pressure. 

Impact

The free medical camp in Kotri profoundly benefited 689 patients and their families by offering crucial medical consultations and providing free medicines, and diagnostic tests. Furthermore, the camp also focused on a preventive healthcare session on personal hygiene, aiming to teach attendees the importance of cleanliness for good health.

The medical camp team comprised 16 members, including 1 supervisor, 4 doctors (2 males &  2 females), 1 staff nurse, 2 lab technicians, 3 pharmacists, 4 patient registrars, and 1 photographer.
