Transforming Health: Transparent Hands’ Impact in Kasur
Transparent Hands held a free medical camp on 20th December 2023 at Dera Haji Muhammad Sharif Mahlam Khurd, Kasur, to provide quality healthcare to impoverished patients.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests
A total of 278 deserving patients received free consultations with expert doctors and were also provided with free medicines, diabetes tests, uric acid tests, hepatitis B & C screenings, ultrasounds, cholesterol check-ups, and blood pressure check-ups. Furthermore, a total of 157 diagnostic tests were conducted, all provided without any charges.
Diseases and Treatments
During the medical camp, patients sought consultation for a range of health conditions, including flu, allergies, scabies, fever, diabetes, body pains, cough, stomach issues, typhoid, cholera, and anemia.
Impact
The free medical camp held in Kasur had a significant impact on the lives of 278 deserving patients and their families. Through the camp, we were able to provide quality healthcare services, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and medications, to address a wide range of health conditions.

The medical camp team consisted of 10 members, including one supervisor, three doctors (one male and two females), one lab technician, one pharmacist, two patient registrars /crew members, one staff nurse, and one photographer.
