We Empowered Mothers and Children with Free Medical Care in Kasur
Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session focused on maternal and child health at Malik Brothers Dera, Near Church, Sirhali Road, Mustafabad, Lalyani, Kasur. We arranged this medical camp on April 11, 2025, to provide essential medical support and nutritional guidance to the underserved community of Kasur.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests:
A total of 347 deserving patients received free consultations from our specialists, including a gynecologist, a child specialist, and a nutritionist. Along with gynecological check-ups, nutritional assessments, and consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and received various medical services, including:
- Nutritional screenings for children
- Consultations with a pediatrician
- Gynecological check-ups for women
- BMI calculation
- Ultrasound scans
- Hepatitis Screenings
- Blood Pressure check-ups
- Blood sugar tests

In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Anemia.
Impact
This free medical camp made a valuable impact on the lives of 347 deserving patients and their families. It brought much-needed relief to underprivileged women and children in the city. Expectant mothers, young children, and breastfeeding women received specialized attention from qualified doctors, along with free medicines and diagnostic services. The camp provided a safe and supportive environment where women felt comfortable discussing their health concerns and receiving professional guidance.
Many mothers expressed their gratitude. Children were also thoroughly examined, ensuring their growth and development were on the right track. A preventive healthcare session was conducted on anemia to help mothers understand the importance of proper nutrition.
