Dunya International published an article on 12th July 2020, outlining the contributions of Transparent Hands to Covid-19 relief in Pakistan. The article highlights the organization’s provision of PPE (personal protective equipment) to healthcare workers in different cities all over Pakistan, including Lahore, Mardan, Hyderabad, Swabi, and Turbat. So far, representatives on behalf of Transparent Hands have distributed 800 PPE kits (which include a suit, mask, and gloves) and 100 face shields to Hyderabad, 1000 PPE kits and 200 face shields to Mardan, 800 PPE kits and 100 face shields to Turbat, and 1000 PPE kits and 200 face shields to Swabi. In addition, various kits have also been distributed among different hospitals in Lahore.
