We Brought Preventive Healthcare to Rajanpur
Transparent Hands, with the collaboration of the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) and Rural Community Development Society (RCDS), organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session in Village Hajipur, Rajanpur. The primary objective of this camp held on October 9, 2024, was to provide essential medical assistance to the underprivileged community of Rajanpur.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests
A total of 382 deserving patients received free consultations from our professional doctors. Along with consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and underwent various diagnostic tests including:
- Diabetes tests
- Uric acid tests
- Hepatitis B and C screenings
- Cholesterol checkups
- Blood pressure checkups
- Ultrasound Scans

Aside from medical services, one of our expert doctors delivered a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Hypertension. The doctor discussed various aspects of the disease.

Rajanpur is a region which lacks sufficient health infrastructure to meet the health needs of the residents. Due to limited facilities, a lot of patients suffer from various treatable diseases. Through this free medical camp, we provided them with free consultations, medicines, and diagnostic tests. The camp ensured that needy patients could avail of essential healthcare services, significantly improving their health outcomes.
