Challenges
Karachi faces a multitude of health challenges, including overcrowded hospitals, inadequate medical facilities, and a shortage of healthcare professionals. Moreover, the city’s substandard sanitation and water quality significantly elevate the risk of diseases, while air pollution from industries and vehicles contributes to respiratory problems among its residents. Additionally, there is a pressing need for healthcare awareness among individuals regarding preventive measures and early detection of diseases. To effectively address these challenges, it is imperative to establish accessible healthcare facilities within vulnerable communities, foster public health awareness campaigns, and empower individuals to prioritize their overall well-being.
