Make an Impact on the Lives of Needy Patients in Kasur

Transparent Hands is organizing a free medical camp in Kasur to address the growing healthcare needs of low-income families in the region. Kasur is an important historical city in Punjab, but continues to face healthcare challenges. Many of its residents struggle to access even basic medical services due to financial constraints and a lack of quality health facilities. This upcoming medical camp aims to support these communities by providing free consultations, diagnostic tests, ultrasound scans, and medicines.
Challenges
In Kasur, many public hospitals often lack the resources and medical staff required to serve the large population effectively. Due to the high costs of treatments at private hospitals, their illnesses are often left undiagnosed and untreated until they become serious.
Another major issue is the lack of health education. Many residents are unaware of the importance of routine medical checkups, which increases their vulnerability to preventable conditions. Commonly reported diseases in Kasur include diarrhea, malaria, influenza, and upper respiratory tract infections.
Solution
To bridge this healthcare gap, Transparent Hands will organize a free medical camp in Kasur. Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and volunteers will deliver the following services free of cost:
-General physician consultations
-Gynecological check-ups
-Ultrasound scans
-Blood pressure checkups
-Blood sugar tests
-Hepatitis B & C screenings
-Cholesterol and uric acid tests
-Free medications
-Preventive healthcare session
-Registration for further medical or surgical treatment
Preventive Healthcare Session
A preventive healthcare session will be held to educate the attendees on one of the most common health issues in Kasur. This session will focus on preventive measures and lifestyle changes that will enable them to lead a healthy life.
