Extending Compassionate Healthcare through a Free Medical Camp in Sanghar
Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp and a dedicated preventive healthcare session, aiming to provide high-quality healthcare to underprivileged patients. This took place in the village of Hasoo Khan Babbar, Jam Nawaz Ali, Sanghar on December 24, 2023.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests
During the medical camp, a total of 521 deserving patients received free consultations from expert doctors. They were also provided with complimentary medications, diabetes tests, hepatitis B & C screenings, malaria screenings, cholesterol checks, and blood pressure evaluations. Additionally, 45 diagnostic tests were conducted to help identify any health concerns.
Preventive Healthcare Session on Cleanliness
Our expert doctor conducted an informative session on the importance of cleanliness in maintaining good health as part of the preventive healthcare program.
Diseases and Treatments
Many patients who attended the medical camp had diverse health issues, including fever, cough, flu, sore throat, earache, toothache, chest congestion, diabetes, migraine, high blood pressure, hepatitis, abdominal pain, diarrhea, gastric problems, body pain, and general weakness.
