Free Medical Camp in Chakwal sponsored by Qazi Foundation Pakistan
Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp on 14th April 2018 at Dheedwal Village, Chakwal. The camp was organized by Transparent Hands with the collaboration of its sponsor ‘Qazi Foundation Pakistan’. In this medical camp, 342 patients were provided free medical check-up facility. They were also given free medicines as prescribed by doctors. Free sugar and Hepatitis B & C test facility were also freely given to needy patients. Out of 342 patients, 143 underwent HCV and HBsAg tests as prescribed by a doctor. Out of those tests, we have found 12 HCV positive cases and 1 HBsAg case.

Four surgical patients were also found; 1 tonsillitis, 1 Gynae, and 2 goiter patients who were registered with Transparent Hands for further evaluation. We found out that all the patients were suffering from various diseases including chest infections, muscular & joint pains, seasonal cough & flu, skin allergies, high blood sugar levels, gastrointestinal diseases and many more. Transparent Hands team comprising of 11 members managed this free medical camp successfully. This medical camp has successfully created a huge difference in the lives of more than 342 patients of Dheedwal, Chakwal.
We look forward to organizing many such free medical camps to facilitate the underpriveleged patients of Pakistan.
