Many Patients Found Healing at Our Free Eye Camp in Lahore
Transparent Hands, in collaboration with Life Hospital, organized a free eye camp on December 22, 2024, at Deera Ladaki near Ch. Nadeem Cheena, Lahore. The camp attracted many locals, indicating the lack of access to quality healthcare services in the area. Our free eye camp provided essential healthcare services to a large number of needy patients, including women and children, belonging to low-income communities.

A total of 201 deserving patients received the following free healthcare services at the eye camp:

- Consultations
- Medicines
- Eye Glasses
- Blood pressure check-ups
- Diabetes tests
Most Common Diseases
At the free medical camp in Lahore, deserving patients received consultations for a variety of diseases, including:
- Cataract
- Conjunctivitis
- Pterygium
- Glaucoma
- Hypermetropia
- Myopia
Impact
The free medical camp positively impacted the lives of 201 deserving patients and their families. The participants expressed their gratitude for the support provided by our team. The camp improved the vision of many participants who had been suffering due to treatable eye conditions. With the generous support of our donors and sponsors, Transparent Hands continues its mission to extend quality healthcare services to the most deserving people across the country.
During the free eye camp, 15 patients were identified for cataract surgery. These cases have been registered with Transparent Hands for further treatment.
This free eye camp marks another successful step in Transparent Hands’ dedication to providing essential healthcare services to the needy. We aim to make a difference in many more lives. Together, we can continue to restore the eyesight of many needy patients in Pakistan and help them live more fulfilling lives.
