Transforming Lives with Our Free Medical Camp in Kasur
Transparent Hands, in sponsorship with XM, organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare to underprivileged individuals. This took place at Malik Brothers Dera, Near Church, Sirhali Road, Mustafa Abad, Lalyani,Kasur on October 26,2023.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests
The free medical camp successfully provided healthcare assistance to 560 deserving patients. These patients received free consultations with expert doctors and were also given necessary medicines, along with tests for diabetes, hepatitis B & C, Malaria, cholesterol, and blood pressure measurements.
Diseases and Treatments
Most of the patients who sought consultation were suffering from fever, flu, cough, sore throat, chest infection, earache, toothache, eye infection, scabies, diarrhea, diabetes, high BP, seasonal allergies, body weaknesses, and joint/body pain.
Preventive Healthcare Session on Scabies
One of our expert doctors conducted a preventive healthcare session for the attendees. The session primarily focused on educating the participants about the prevention and management of scabies.

Medical Camp Team
The Kasur medical camp team comprised 13 members: one supervisor, four doctors (two females and two males), two pharmacists, two patient registrars, one lab technician, one videographer, one staff nurse, and one volunteer. Along with our team, 12 dentists from CMH Hospital also joined the Kasur medical camp.
