Transparent Hands is the largest technology platform for crowdfunding in the healthcare sector of Pakistan. TH offers a complete range of free healthcare services, including medical and surgical treatments and arranging free medical camps for the underprivileged community of Pakistan.
Transparent Hands is looking for an experienced & self-driven ‘Fundraising Development Manager’, responsible to discover & grow donation opportunities in the US. The candidate must be able to identify, approach, close, and manage new Donors (foundations, corporations, trusts, government agencies, etc.) in addition to the existing ones. Submission of impactful proposals, handling queries, and listening to donor issues & concerns are a must.
Applying for fundraising grants is an essential requirement of this position. Write or arrange tailored applications/proposals addressing donor agencies’ concerns and requirements. Prompt & comprehensive communication with leads and clients (via Zoom, emails, phone & personal visits) is mandatory. Actively seek out new fundraising opportunities through cold callings, emails, networking, and social media. Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences.
Liaise with the TH team to build a strategy for client engagement and attract potential new donors. Work directly with the CEO to accept assignments, understand expectations, keep on task, coordinate activities with the team, & keep everyone focused; be a team player. Work on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed at the direction of the CEO.
Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development. Contribute new ideas for fundraising and, identify suitable funding initiatives, develop and maintain reporting and application systems for coordinating information with donors.
Candidates will assist in protecting the integrity of the TH brand and represent the TH organization with management approval in the US. Also assist in recruiting and managing departmental volunteers, closely coordinating with other marketing, sales, and development team members.
Experience :3 to 5 years in a non-profit organization as a business development manager.
