Eradicate Diseases in Jaranwala Through Our Medical Camp
Transparent Hands plans to set up a free medical camp in Jaranwala where thousands are suffering due to treatable diseases. This camp aims to provide free essential healthcare facilities to help deserving patients and promote healthy lifestyles. Due to inadequate access to healthcare facilities, the residents face significant challenges in obtaining on-time medical treatment. Our highly qualified medical team will provide free medical check-ups, medicines, and various diagnostic tests to help deserving patients.
Challenges:
Jaranwala is an underdeveloped and underserved city in Faisalabad. The community does not have access to the necessary medical resources due to inadequate medical infrastructure. There are only two public sector hospitals in Jaranwala. Thousands of needy patients, including a large number of women and children, are awaiting treatments.
Jaranwala is situated in Faisalabad District, and the residents of this district suffer from many preventable and treatable illnesses such as respiratory infections, scabies, and diarrhea. Due to the lack of awareness and preventive care, many people suffer from chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.
Solution:
To resolve these challenging issues, Transparent Hands will organize a comprehensive free medical camp in Jaranwala. This camp will help with achieving the third goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, which is related to health. Our dedicated medical team of doctors, pharmacists, lab technicians, nurses, and volunteers will work collectively to provide the following medical facilities.
- Free consultations
- Free Branded medicines
Lab tests include:
-Ultrasound
-Blood Pressure checkup
-BSR (Sugar Test)
-Hepatitis B & C Screening
-Uric Acid & Cholesterol tests
- Preventive Healthcare Session
- Pre-registration for deserving surgical and medical procedure cases
Preventive Healthcare Session
To raise awareness regarding common health issues and precautionary measures among the people of Jaranwala, we will also organize a preventive healthcare session at the camp. The goal is to empower the vulnerable community and promote a healthy lifestyle.
At this upcoming free medical camp, we will also register cases of patients who need surgical interventions. We will refer them to our panel hospitals for free surgical procedures.
