Eradicate Diseases in Karachi through Our Medical Camp
Transparent Hands is going to organize another free medical camp in Karachi to help underprivileged communities overcome common diseases. Despite living in the urban areas of Karachi, many people can’t access essential medical treatments due to financial hardships. To uplift the lives of such people, we aim to organize a free medical camp in Karachi, where our professional medical team will provide free medical check-ups, diagnostic tests, and medications.
Challenges
In Karachi, the poor and needy cannot access quality healthcare due to multiple reasons. The treatments available at private hospitals are expensive, putting them out of reach of needy patients. Public hospitals are often overburdened. As a result, their diagnosis and treatments can get delayed, making their health condition worse.
According to a WHO report, 40% of the people in Karachi had pre-diabetes, 18% had hypertension, and 53% had abdominal obesity.
Solution
Transparent Hands is committed to addressing these health challenges in Karachi and uplifting the lives of underprivileged people. We aim to improve health outcomes and promote a healthy lifestyle in Karachi. At our upcoming medical camp, we will provide the following free healthcare facilities.
· General Check-Ups
· Hepatitis B & C Screenings
· Blood Pressure Check ups
· Uric Acid Tests
· Gynecology Check-Ups
· Cholesterol Tests
· BSR (Blood Sugar) Tests
· Preventive Healthcare Session
· Deserving Surgical/Medical procedure cases will be registered
Preventive Healthcare Session
Our skilled doctors will also conduct a preventive healthcare session at the camp. They will discuss various aspects of managing common health issues and how to ensure a healthy lifestyle. This healthcare session will be integral in making the community healthier and more informed.
