Transparent Hands is arranging a free medical camp in Karachi. Despite being one of the country’s largest urban centers, Karachi faces numerous healthcare challenges, particularly for its low-income communities. Rising medical expenses and limited access to affordable health services leave numerous families unable to get the much-needed care. We are committed to improving the health outcomes of Karachi’s underprivileged populations by providing them with essential healthcare services, completely free of charge.

Challenges
Karachi’s healthcare system is under immense pressure. Overcrowded public hospitals, and long waiting times, often leave underprivileged communities without the much-needed care. For many residents, especially those living in low-income areas, traveling long distances to reach a hospital adds to the difficulty. As a result, many individuals delay seeking medical help, which can lead to worsening health outcomes over time.
A significant number of viral infections and diarrhea cases have been reported. Moreover, chikungunya and dengue are also prevalent in Karachi.
