Let’s Provide Vital Healthcare to Needy Communities in Quetta

Transparent Hands is setting up a free medical camp in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan. A city where numerous underprivileged patients face daily struggles in accessing even basic healthcare services. While Quetta is a growing urban area, many of its residents from low-income backgrounds are unable to access quality healthcare due to their financial limitations. Transparent Hands is stepping forward to provide free medical services to the underserved communities of Quetta. Our upcoming medical camp will deliver much-needed health services, including consultations, diagnostic tests, medications, and ultrasound scans, free of charge.

Challenges
Quetta’s public healthcare system faces many challenges and gaps, including insufficient medical resources. Many residents cannot afford the high costs of private healthcare services. Additionally, there is a lack of health education in the area, leaving people unaware of when they should seek medical attention. As a result, minor health issues often go untreated and gradually worsen over time.
According to the UNICEF report, approximately 44% of households in Quetta are affected by diarrhea, alongside 25% affected by gastrointestinal diseases and 21% suffering from cholera.

Solution
To help overcome these barriers, Transparent Hands is organizing a free medical camp in Quetta. Needy patients with chronic conditions will receive proper assessment and guidance, helping them manage their health better. For many, this camp provides not only medical relief but also a lifeline towards long-term health management.
