Transparent Hands is arranging another free medical camp in Karachi to provide essential healthcare services to underprivileged communities. It is not only Pakistan’s largest city but also home to the country’s key transport hubs. However, many of its needy residents face challenges in accessing quality healthcare. We will improve health outcomes for needy patients in Karachi by providing them with a wide range of healthcare services, including consultations, lab tests, ultrasound scans, and medicines.

Challenges
Karachi is home to millions of people from diverse backgrounds. However, many residents struggle to access quality healthcare due to financial constraints and overcrowded hospitals.
There was a significant outbreak of Chikungunya in Karachi, with many cases reported since last year. Other common diseases reported in Karachi include malaria, acute diarrhea, and influenza. Moreover, poor air quality leads to upper respiratory tract infections.

Solution
To help address these issues, Transparent Hands is setting up a free medical camp, ensuring that underprivileged individuals receive essential healthcare services. A team of highly qualified doctors, nurses, and volunteers will provide check-ups, consultations, diagnostic tests, and distribute medicines—all without any cost to the patients. The following free healthcare services will be provided at the free medical camp in Karachi.
· General Check-Ups
· Gynecology Check-Ups
· Blood Pressure Check-Ups
· Hepatitis B & C Screenings
· Uric Acid Tests
· Cholesterol Tests
· BSR (Blood Sugar) Tests
· Preventive Healthcare Session
· Deserving Surgical/Medical procedure cases will be registered

Preventive Healthcare Session
A key feature of the medical camp will be a preventive healthcare session, focusing on one of the prevalent health concerns in Karachi. The session will educate people on preventing the disease and adopting healthier lifestyles.

With this initiative, Transparent Hands aims to bring free preventive healthcare to the people of Karachi. We aim to improve lives and ensure better health for the city’s underprivileged communities.
