Masahiba Ishfaq's Story

Masahiba Ishfaq, aged 35 years, suffered from pain in her left hip joint for seven years. As a result the range of movement of her left leg also became limited. On a thorough medical check-up, she was diagnosed with avascular necrosis, which meant that the loss of blood supply had caused death of bone tissue in her left hip joint. The doctor advised total hip replacement as the definitive treatment. For this purpose, Masahiba was admitted to PSRD Orthopaedic Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Javed Iqbal on 20.04.2021. She stayed in the hospital for four days and was discharged in a satisfactory condition. Masahiba can move around painlessly now.
