Muhammad Ahil 's Story

Four-year-old Muhammad Ahil, a resident of Lahore, had sensorineural hearing loss since birth. His parents took him to a hospital for his checkup. The doctor, after evaluation, advised Muhammad Ahil to undergo cochlear implant surgery. For this purpose, he was admitted to Al-Razi Hospital, Lahore. His operation was performed by Dr. Asim Iqbal on 25-02-2022 and the internal component of his device was fixed. The surgery was successful and Muhammad Ahil was discharged after one day of hospital stay in stable condition. The external component will be fixed after six weeks.
