Raheel Abbas is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations and community development. Holding a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management from England, he joined Transparent Hands in 2014 and has since played a pivotal role in scaling its operations nationwide.
Beginning his journey as Operations Manager and later serving as General Manager, Raheel was appointed Director of Operations in May 2018. In this role, he oversees strategic growth, operational management, and organizational development, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare to underserved communities across Pakistan.
Under his visionary leadership, Transparent Hands has significantly expanded its medical camp network, strengthened strategic partnerships with hospitals and institutions, and introduced innovative operational frameworks to improve healthcare accessibility. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the organization’s nationwide impact through efficiency, collaboration, and accountability.
