Raheel Abbas is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations, organizational development, and community development. Holding a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management from England, he joined Transparent Hands in 2014 and has played a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening its operations across Pakistan.
Raheel began his professional journey at Transparent Hands as Operations Manager, later serving as General Manager, before being appointed Director of Operations in May 2018. On 1 August 2026, he was promoted to Vice President (VP) Operations, reflecting his continued leadership and contribution to the organization’s growth and impact.
As Vice President Operations, Raheel provides strategic leadership across the organization’s operational functions, with a focus on organizational growth, healthcare delivery, partnerships, operational efficiency, and sustainable community impact. He works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen systems, improve service delivery, and expand access to quality healthcare for underserved communities across Pakistan.
Under his leadership, Transparent Hands has significantly expanded its medical camp network, strengthened strategic partnerships with hospitals and institutions, and introduced operational frameworks designed to improve healthcare accessibility, efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
