Fundraising Manager

Location: Lahore | Shift: Morning | Type: Full-time

Transparent Hands is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Fundraising Manager (Sales & Partnerships) who can generate donations, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and secure sponsorships for our life-saving healthcare projects. This role is ideal for a strong sales professional who can convert leads into long-term donor partnerships and help expand our fundraising network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate donors, sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals for fundraising opportunities.
• Develop and execute fundraising sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to secure partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and ensure repeat contributions.
• Pitch Transparent Hands projects such as medical camps, surgeries, and healthcare initiatives to prospective donors.
• Prepare proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams for fundraising campaigns and donor communication material.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and donor data management in CRM/records.
• Represent Transparent Hands at networking events, corporate meetings, and donor gatherings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales/fundraising targets.
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients and preparing proposals/presentations.
• Confident personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Knowledge of NGO fundraising will be a plus.
