Kainat Bano's Story

Kainat Bano, a 27-year-old woman from Karachi, is anxiously awaiting the birth of her second child. She is over 32 weeks pregnant and while this should be a time of excitement, she is overwhelmed with fear. During her recent check-up, her doctor advised her to undergo a C-section to ensure a safe delivery. Given her history of one previous C-section, a normal delivery can cause serious risks to both her and the baby. However, the cost of the procedure is beyond her financial means, leaving her in a desperate situation.

If Kainat does not undergo the required C-section, she and her baby may face serious complications. It may lead to uterine rupture, excessive bleeding, and fetal distress. These complications can put both her and the baby’s life in danger.

Kainat’s husband works with a private company, earning only PKR 37,000 per month. They live in a small rented house, paying PKR 10,000 for house rent and PKR 1500 for utility bills. With limited resources, managing everyday expenses is already a struggle. Given their financial hardships, they are unable to afford the necessary C-section. During this time of need, Kainat reached out to Transparent Hands.

With worry in her voice, Kainat shared her plea as follows:

“I have already experienced the challenges of a C-section, and now I am faced with another. I fear for my child’s safety and my own. I want nothing more than to hold my baby in my arms. I want us to remain safe and healthy. But without your support, I don’t know how I will manage. Help me bring my baby into this world safely.”

No mother should have to go through this fear alone. With your generosity, Kainat can undergo the necessary surgery and welcome her child without risk.

Your donations can bring her peace of mind and ensure a safe delivery for both the mother and baby. Please open your heart and help Kainat during this crucial time.

Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Kainat Bano's Story

Kainat Bano, a 27-year-old woman from Karachi, was pregnant with her second child. While she was overjoyed at the thought of welcoming another baby into her family, her heart was also filled with anxiety. She was aware of the potential risks due to her history of a previous C-section. During a routine checkup, her gynecologist strongly recommended an elective C-section to ensure the safety of both the mother and baby. However, the cost of the procedure was a heavy burden that Kainat’s family could not bear.

Kainat lived in a modest rented house with her husband and young child. Her husband, employed at a private organization, earned only PKR 37,000 per month. Out of this limited income, a significant portion went towards house rent, utility bills, and basic necessities. Saving anything extra, especially for a surgery, was beyond their means. As her due date approached, the family grew increasingly anxious about how they would manage the medical expenses necessary for a safe delivery. During their time of need, they reached out to Transparent Hands. Responding swiftly to their plea, Transparent Hands registered Kainat’s case

On March 21, 2025, Kainat was admitted to Altamash Hospital, Karachi. Dr. Bilqees successfully performed the C-section, bringing a beautiful baby girl into the world. After receiving proper post-operative care, Kainat and her newborn daughter were discharged in healthy and stable condition on March 23, 2025.

Overwhelmed with gratitude, Kainat and her husband shared:

"We cannot express in words how grateful we are. You all made it possible for us to hold our healthy baby girl in our arms. We will always remember your kindness and keep you in our prayers."

Your support gave Kaina the most precious gift — a safe delivery and a healthy baby.

Your generosity turned Kainat’s fears into joy, ensuring a safe delivery. Her family is immensely grateful to you for making her C-section possible.
