Give For Munira Bibi’s Hysterectomy

Munira Bibi's Story
Munira Bibi, a 45-year-old woman from Muridke, has been experiencing a painful and distressing condition for the past three years. She suffers from prolonged and heavy menstrual bleeding accompanied by persistent lower abdominal pain. These symptoms have affected her physically and emotionally, making it hard for her to manage even basic daily tasks and take care of her family.
Recently, worried about her worsening health, Munira consulted a doctor at a local hospital. After a thorough examination, the doctor diagnosed her with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding, a condition where abnormal hormonal changes lead to excessive and irregular menstrual bleeding. To treat this, the doctor has recommended a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy. This surgery is essential to relieve her pain and prevent further health complications.
Not undergoing the surgery may lead to continued symptoms such as heavy and irregular periods, pelvic pain, and sometimes even anemia due to blood loss. This procedure is essential for her survival and her ability to continue caring for her children.
Unfortunately, the cost of this surgical procedure is far beyond what Munira and her family can afford. Munira lives in a modest rented house with her husband and five children. Her husband works as a laborer and earns only around PKR 20,000 per month. Out of this meager income, they pay PKR 5,000 for house rent and another PKR 1,000 for utility bills, along with other household expenses. They are already facing significant financial hardships and simply cannot meet the expenses of Munira’s surgery.
Munira shared her worry by saying:
“My health is getting worse each day, and I fear I won’t be able to care for my children. We cannot arrange the money for this surgery. Please help us during this difficult time.”
Your generosity can truly change her life. Donate now to help Munira regain her health and live without pain. Together, we can bring her the relief and hope she desperately needs.
