Diqra Rehmatullah's Story
Diqra Rehmatullah, aged three years, a resident of Karachi suffered from weakness and weight loss since she was six months old. With increasing age, her symptoms became more defined. Eventually her parents took her to the hospital where she had her ECHO. As per the results of ECHO, the doctor diagnosed her with a congenital heart disease known as Tetralogy of Fallot. To treat her condition, the doctor advised Diqra to undergo open-heart surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot repair. For this purpose she was admitted to The Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi on 15-08-2021. Her surgery was done successfully but her post-operative recovery was very slow. She was provided all the necessary medical attention, but upon the will of the Almighty she breathed her last on 17-08-2021. Team of Transparent Hands is deeply saddened at her loss. We pray for the little Angel to be granted the highest ranks in the Heavens. She will be dearly missed by her parents and loved ones.
