Diqra Rehmatullah's Story
Diqra Rehmatullah, aged three years, a resident of Karachi suffered from weakness and weight loss since she was six months old. With increasing age, her symptoms became more defined. Eventually her parents took her to the hospital where she had her ECHO. As per the results of ECHO, the doctor diagnosed her with a congenital heart disease known as Tetralogy of Fallot. We pray for the little Angel to be granted the highest ranks in the Heavens. She will be dearly missed by her parents and loved ones.
