Four-year-old Irfan Ullah, a resident of Malakand, has been facing an uphill battle since birth. They rushed him to a nearby hospital, where a cardiologist confirmed the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and RVOTO (right ventricular outflow tract obstruction). The severity of his condition necessitates total correction surgery along with a pulmonary valve replacement.

Living in a modest rented house with his parents and five siblings, Irfan’s father works hard at a factory, earning a meager monthly income of PKR 30,000. This income is barely enough to cover their basic household expenses, leaving them financially unstable and unable to afford the costly cardiac surgery that could save their son’s life.
