Abdul Hadi's Story

Abdul Hadi, a 15-month-old baby, suffers from a deadly congenital disease. This disease is a nightmare in itself but what makes the situation even more difficult is that his parents cannot afford to pay for his treatment. We would urge you to donate for Abdul Hadi’s open-heart surgery.

Abdul Hadi lives with his distressed parents in Sargodha. He has been dealing with a deadly congenital disease since he was born. The symptoms include tachycardia. Upon consultation, the doctors recommended multiple diagnostic tests. When the test results came out, Abdul Hadi was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital cardiac abnormality that disrupts normal blood flow. It occurs when a baby’s heart does not form properly during pregnancy. The doctor advised him to undergo Angiography followed by Open Heart Surgery.

Abdul Hadi’s father is not well either and, due to his health condition, he is unable to earn a living. Hadi’s mother works as a domestic helper. They have no financial support from any friends or relatives. They completely depend on their mother’s income for their basic needs. In such circumstances and with a family of five to support, it is impossible for them to afford the cost of this procedure.

“I cannot bear the sight of both my husband and my son suffering. But my precious child is too little to face this deadly heart disease. Please help us and save my son.”

The family is in extreme despair since his mother is the only earner in the family. Your donation can decide the fate of this poor family. A poor family with a lot of expectations is looking forward to your generous support. They have placed their hopes in your hands. Please donate for Abdul Hadi’s Open Heart Surgery without any delay.

Abdul Hadi's Story

One-and-a-half-year-old Abdul Hadi, a resident of Sargodha, was suffering from bluish discoloration of the skin and shortness of breath since birth. He was taken to several local hospitals where he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) – a congenital heart disease. Ali was advised to undergo Angiography and Open Heart Surgery. For this purpose, Abdul Hadi was admitted to the Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore. His open heart surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Asim on 30-03-22. He was kept in the ICU for strict observation until he was seen recovering well. Four days later, he was discharged in satisfactory condition. We were able to get this procedure done with the help of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation (PCHF). After being taken care of at home, Abdul Hadi’s health has evidently improved and he looks forward to a healthy future.
