Faizan is a 6 years old adorable kid that anyone would want to take him into their loving arms. What will surprise you is the pain he is hiding behind his innocent smile.

Faizan is suffering from a birth defect Distal Penile Hypospadias and needs Urethroplasty to reconstruct his urethral tube so that he can urinate normally and have no difficulty in learning to use the toilet in the future. If this disease isn’t treated now, it can lead to serious complications in adulthood including abnormal curvature of the reproductive organ.

His father is a delivery driver at a company and he delivers food items to different bakeries. His monthly salary is 16,000 rupees and is the only earning member of the family. Faizan has two elder brothers but both of them are also suffering from birth defects. His elder brother has Undescended problem and is registered with Transparent Hands already for his surgery. His second brother is suffering from Distal Penile Hypospadias and doctor has advised surgery to him also.

Faizan’s father is in a terrible situation and it is impossible for him to pay for three surgeries at the same time. His helplessness can make the kids bear the consequences of their diseases if left untreated.
