Aman Ali's Story
Before reading the details of Aman’s illness, please know that even your smallest contribution will help him live a healthy life. Therefore, we urge you to please donate for Aman’s Heart Surgery as soon as possible.
Aman Ali, a four-year-old resident of Karachi, has been suffering from a congenital heart disease. His symptoms include breathlessness and fever since birth. Aman’s parents noticed his unusual pattern of often falling sick. Upon consultation, he was advised by the doctor to undergo a number of diagnostic tests to determine his illness. Aman’s reports revealed that he is suffering from Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a group of four congenital heart defects. The doctor then advised her to undergo a Total Correction – Open Heart Surgery. Tetralogy of Fallot needs treatment with open-heart surgery, either soon after birth or later in infancy. The goal of this surgery is Total Correction, so that the heart can work as normally as possible. The surgery can greatly improve a child’s health and quality of life.
Aman’s father is a laborer and hardly manages to earn PKR 20,000. In these gloomy times and with a meager income, it is impossible for Aman’s parents to afford the hefty cost of this procedure. A ray of hope still exists at the end of the tunnel in the form of your donations. You can help his ailing heart. Aman’s sorrowed mother expressed her feelings in the following words:
“I was hopeless and helpless to get my child cured, and then we found out about Transparent Hands. Now that we have their support, I am hopeful.”
Transparent Hands has registered Aman’s case. We are determined to help him. But, this will not be possible without your support. We urge you to donate for Aman’s heart surgery as soon as possible. Donate

Aman Ali's Story
Four-year-old Aman Ali, a resident of Karachi, had been suffering from shortness of breath and cyanosis since birth. At the age of one year, her parents took him to a doctor who ran some diagnostic tests. She was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). The cardiac surgeon advised her to undergo TOF Repair Surgery. She was admitted to Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, where Dr. Waris performed his operation. Aman Ali's post-operative recovery was delayed due to infection resulting in sepsis. She was kept in the ICU care and She recovered progressively. She was discharged from the hospital after one month of stay. This surgery was made possible with the support of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation and your donations. She has fully recovered now.
