Thirty-eight years old Faheem Abbas, a resident of Miyanwali, is enduring the pain while walking for the last ten years of his life. He had prominent veins that would ache. Upon consultation, and after a few diagnostic tests, Faheem was diagnosed with Varicose Veins. Varicose veins, also known as varicose or varicosities, occur when your veins become enlarged, dilated, and overfilled with blood. After the diagnosis, to treat this condition, he was advised to undergo a Trendelenburg surgery. A Trendelenburg operation is basically a surgical procedure done to treat varicose veins. It is the tying of the great saphenous vein very near to its union with the femoral vein, in a procedure called juxta femoral flush ligation. 

Unfortunately, Faheem is not able to afford the cost of his surgery. His brother is the sole earner of the family and lives with his three siblings and wife. His  brother works as a factory worker and merely manages to earn PKR. 18,ooo a month. Faheem is helpless in these gloomy circumstances and has no hope left until he got connected with Transparent Hands. He told us:
