Muhammad Husnain's Story

Husnain is a delicate and innocent boy with a heart full of hopes and dreams. His life took a tragic turn when he was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. This little boy’s only chance of living a healthy life is through open-heart surgery. Because of the high cost of the surgery, his father has given up hope that he will be able to save his son’s life. We urge you to donate for Husnain’s total correction surgery, bringing him closer to a future filled with joy, laughter, and good health.

Three-year-old Muhammad Husnain, a resident of Lodhran, has suffered from shortness of breath and cyanosis since birth. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents learned about his condition at the age of one. They took him to a local hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, the doctor diagnosed him with a congenital heart condition involving Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo Open-Heart Surgery for total correction.

He is living in a small house with his parents and two siblings. His father has a meager income of PKR 20,000 per month. He works hard every day to provide for his family, but Husnain’s surgery is too expensive for him to bear alone. With his father’s limited income, he cannot afford the high cost of cardiac surgery. He said in despair:

My heart yearns for the day when he can finally breathe deeply again. Your generous support makes this possible.

His family contacted Transparent Hands and submitted his documents. His case has been filed with us. We can provide him with the treatment he requires and add many years to his life with your help. This is your chance to make a difference. Come forward and donate for Husnain’s Total Correction Surgery and help him take the first step towards a brighter future.

Muhammad Husnain's Story

Muhammad Husnain, a three-year-old resident of Lodhran, faced numerous challenges from birth, including shortness of breath and cyanosis. Concerned about their son's health, his parents took him to a local hospital when he was one year old, where he received a diagnosis of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), a congenital heart condition. The only viable solution for Muhammad Husnain was to undergo Open-Heart Surgery for total correction.

In their quest to provide their son with a chance at a healthy life, his father contacted Transparent Hands for financial assistance. He was admitted to the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital, where his operation was performed on 2-08-2023. This surgery proved to be life-changing. After a five-day hospital stay, Muhammad Husnain was discharged in a stable condition, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life.

The impact of the surgery was profound and transformative. For the first time, Muhammad Husnain experienced relief from his constant struggle for breath and the bluish tint that had plagued him since birth. With his heart now functioning properly, he gained a newfound sense of vitality and energy.

The surgery not only improved Husnain's physical health but also had a profound impact on his overall well-being. He began to thrive, growing stronger with each passing day. His appetite improved, allowing him to gain weight and reach developmental milestones that were previously out of reach. The joy and relief that filled his parents' hearts were immeasurable as they witnessed their son's transformation into a vibrant and active child.

The successful surgery is possible due to the generous contributions of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation and other generous donors. The surgery also opened doors for Husnain that were previously closed. No longer limited by his heart condition, he could now engage in physical activities, play with his peers, and explore the world with newfound freedom.
