Donate for Ijaz’s Artificial Leg
Ijaz Ahmed 's Story
Ijaz’s life took a sad turn due to his leg amputation. It is devastating, leaving him with sadness, anger, and grief at the loss of his independence and self-image. He is also having difficulty getting outside of the home, which makes him feel isolated and confined to the house’s walls. He feels like he is in a prison. Ijaz doesn’t want to be a burden on his family. He needs your help to acquire a prosthetic leg to lead an independent life. Due to a lack of financial resources, he is unable to get an artificial leg. We implore you to donate for Ijaz’s Artificial Leg.
Ijaz Ahmed, a 35-year-old resident of Lahore, injured his left leg in a road accident seven months ago. He was taken to the local hospital for first aid. His leg was severely crushed, and the doctors could not save it. They had to amputate his left leg below the knee. He needs a left prosthetic leg to walk again.
He lives in a small house with his wife, brother, and five children. He is financially dependent on his brother due to his disability. He is not financially stable enough to pay for the prosthetic leg. He said in despair:
“ Help me with your financial support to get an artificial leg and be self-sufficient so I can earn bread and butter for my family.”
After exhausting all other options, he registered his case with Transparent Hands, and we are determined to help him get back on his feet. Therefore, we request that you please be generous and donate for Ijaz’s artificial leg. He has placed his hopes in your hands. He hopes that a kind donor like you will make his life easier. Ijaz Ahmed 's Story
He longed for the day he would receive the prosthetic leg to restore his mobility and freedom. But due to financial limitations, he was unable to pay for it.
Ijaz reached out to Transparent Hands, and we registered his case. Under the supervision of Dr. Khalid at Hope Rehabilitation Centre, his right below-knee prosthesis was fixed on 17-05-2023. He was overjoyed to be able to walk again after receiving an artificial leg.
Following the implantation of Ijaz's new prosthetic leg, which resulted in a dramatic improvement in his quality of life, Ijaz's life underwent a remarkable turnaround. His newfound freedom and independence were made possible by the limb replacement device, which allowed him to walk without needing the assistance of other people. In his day-to-day life, this one simple act brought him an incredible amount of joy and a sense of accomplishment. He was able to regain control over his life after the burden of physical limitations was lifted, which led to an increase in both his sense of self-worth and his confidence. The emotional healing he experienced was equally impactful, allowing him to face life's difficulties with renewed vigor.
Ijaz struggled to find the appropriate words to convey his gratitude to the generous donors who were responsible for making this incredible transformation a reality. Because of the help and support he received, he felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude, and he was now able to go back to his work and become financially independent too.
