Maryam Bibi's Story

Amidst a world of uncertainties, Maryam courageously battles financial hardships to ensure a safe arrival for her precious baby. Her heart is filled with dreams of providing a loving and secure environment for the little one, but the fear of insufficient funds for proper medical care haunts her hopes. With utmost humility, we appeal to your compassionate hearts to come forward and donate for Maryam’s C-section. Your generous support can grant her the gift of a healthy delivery, bringing immense relief and filling their lives with boundless joy and warmth.

Maryam, a 24-year-old resident of Lahore, is pregnant with her eighth child. In her seventh month of pregnancy, she went to the local hospital for a checkup. Considering her current situation, the gynecologist has advised her to undergo a Lower Segment Cesarean section to deliver her baby. In this operation, a surgical incision (cut) is made in the lower segment of the uterus to deliver a baby. Sumaira and her baby would remain at risk without the C-Section.

She lives in a small house with her husband and two children. Her husband is the only earner and cannot afford to pay for the surgery and other medical expenses with his limited income. Maryam said in distress:

“Your compassionate gift has the power to bring my baby into this world safely, igniting hope in my heart. With your support, I can face financial challenges and embrace motherhood with strength and gratitude.”

She has placed her hopes in Transparent Hands, and we have assured her that we will provide her with the necessary treatment. She and her baby’s survival depend on your support, and she has no other means of getting the help she needs. Donate for Maryam’s C-section and make a world of difference to her.

Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full. Hospitals have granted us a grace period for bill payment.
