Rabia Asim, a 33-year-old resident of Lahore, has been suffering repeated episodes of abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, and vomiting for two years. Seeking further medical attention, she visited a general surgeon, who asked her to have some diagnostic tests and an ultrasound, which revealed the presence of gallstones.
