Sardar Ali's Story

It breaks our hearts to see the old people in pain. They are the ones who are most weak and vulnerable to cardiac diseases. But we are determined to help as many as we can. So, donate for Sardar’s open-heart surgery.

Fifty-five years old Sardar Ali had been suffering from mild chest pain. At first, he did not pay any attention to it. Later, when the pain gradually increased he visited a cardiologist. After running some necessary tests, the cardiologist diagnosed him with Ischemic heart Disease (IHD). Triple vessel coronary artery disease (TVCAD) is an aggravated form of IHD which develops when the key vessels supplying blood to the heart get blocked. To treat this life-threatening condition, the cardiologist advised him to undergo a CABG open-heart surgery as soon as possible. The surgeon performs coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) to improve blood flow to the heart.

The possibility of a permanent cure is a happy occasion. However, unfortunately, it brought more gloom and sadness to Sardar Ali’s household. As they cannot afford the hefty cost of open-heart surgery. Currently, Sardar Ali does not work anywhere. Due to his deteriorating health, he had to take early retirement from his job as a school teacher. Now, his son is the sole earner of the family. He works as a daily wage worker and hardly earns PKR 500 per day. Therefore, they are in no position to afford an open-heart surgery. So we urge you to please donate for Sardar’s open-heart surgery.

“I have suffered in silence for eight years. Now, it is beyond my control. Every day is a struggle to get up from my bed. I need to stay alive for my kids, but I have run out of courage. Where do I go? What can I do?” -Sardar Ali.

As a last resort, Sardar Ali has registered his case with Transparent Hands. We are determined to get him the best treatment possible. All we need is your earnest help. Click the green button below and donate for Sardar’s open-heart surgery.
