Donate for Shehroz’s Open-Heart Surgery
Shehroz Ali's Story
First and foremost, three years old Shehroz is in dire need of surgery right now. Any second can be the defining moment between life and death. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Shehroz’s open-heart surgery and help us put his life out of danger.
At the time of his birth, Shehroz’s mother was shocked to see her weak, feeble baby. She thought he would not be able to survive, but he fought through. However, Shehroz Ali failed to gain any weight and was getting weaker each day. Upon checkup, the doctor at the local hospital referred him to a cardiologist.
Therefore, after a thorough examination and tests, the cardiologist diagnosed Shehroz with a Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). TOF is a cardiac anomaly that refers to a combination of four related heart defects that commonly occur together. Later, the cardiologist advised Shehroz to undergo open-heart surgery for total correction as soon as possible. TOF total correction surgery is an open-heart surgery in which the defects are corrected. Shehroz’s parents could not afford the surgery.
Shehroz’s father is the sole earner of the family. He works at a private firm and hardly earns PKR 18000 per month. With rent and other household expenses, he is unable to afford his son’s life-saving surgery.
“Little Shehroz is our miracle baby. All of us love him to bits. The day we got to know about his disease was the saddest day of our lives. But, thankfully now we have seen a tiny ray of hope. Transparent Hands has assured us that they would arrange my son’s surgery for free. We request you to please donate for Shehroz’s open-heart surgery.” -Shehroz Ali’s Mother.
