Sitara has been experiencing unbearable pain since last year. There’s a treatment for her ailment but she cannot afford it due to financial constraints. We request you to donate for Sitara’s Pyelolithotomy and ease this young woman’s pain. She has no other hope.

Sitara, a 20-year-old resident of Sanghar, had been enduring pain in her abdominal region for the last year. She was treated symptomatically but found no relief from her pain. Upon further consultation with a Urologist, she was diagnosed with right Renal stones. The doctor advised her to undergo Pyelolithotomy. Pyelolithotomy is a surgical treatment that is utilized when a stone in the renal pelvis needs to be removed. Minimally branching staghorn stones in the renal pelvis with complex collecting systems, as well as severe morbid obesity, are indications of this disease. Unfortunately, Sitara’s family is unable to afford the cost of this procedure.

Sitara lives with her husband with a family of five members. Sitara’s husband is a laborer who barely earns PKR 10,000 a month. This meager income is not even enough to feed five people. In these circumstances, saving the hefty amount required for Sitara’s surgery is impossible for them. Sitara shared her pain with Transparent Hands in the following words:

“There are days when I can barely stand due to this immense pain. I cannot take care of myself or my family members. This pain is getting unbearable with each passing day. I have come here with much hope. If you are reading this, please help me.”
