Before you proceed to read the story, please know that we need your kind help to get Taimoor Shah back on his feet. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Taimoor’s knee replacement. 

For the last four years, Taimoor Shah has been suffering from Osteoarthritis involving his both knees. Osteoarthritis is a condition which causes the cartilage in the knee joint to thin out. In consequence, the surfaces of the joint become rougher thus creating friction. As a result, the movement becomes painful and the joint becomes stiff. Due to this condition, Taimoor Shah is not able to get up or walk. Moreover, the pain has become unbearable for him. 

To treat this, the orthopedic surgeon has advised Taimoor Shah to undergo a total knee replacement surgery. It is a surgical procedure to replace the weight-bearing surfaces of the knee joint to relieve pain and disability. At first, the orthopedic will perform this surgery on the right leg. Later, after his right leg recovers, it will be performed on his left leg. While the knee replacement seems like an easy solution to all of Taimoor’s problems, it is certainly not an accessible solution. Taimoor Shah cannot afford the hefty cost of this surgery. 

Due to his withering age, he is currently unemployed. His financial situation is dependent on his elder son who works at a private firm. With rent and other household expenses, he is in no position to bear the hefty cost of his father’s surgery. Therefore, we request to please donate for Taimoor’s knee replacement.
