Donate for Tayyaba Munir’s C-Section
Tayyaba Munir's Story
Before you read Tayyaba Munir’s tale of woes, please know that your help can bring her baby into this world safely. Your donation, however small it may be, will relieve Tayyaba Munir of the constant worries that occupy her mind right now. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Tayyaba Munir’s C-section as much as you can.
Twenty four years old Tayyaba Munir is currently pregnant with her second child. Due to pregnancy-related complications and unusual delay in natural childbirth, Tayabba had to undergo a C-section. A C-section is the surgical procedure by which the baby is delivered through an incision in the mother’s abdomen. Now, for her second delivery, the doctor has advised Tayyaba to undergo a C-section again.
Unfortunately, Tayyaba Munir cannot afford the hefty cost of this procedure. Tayyaba is a housewife and has no means to earn for herself. Thus, she is financially reliant on her husband who works as a manual labourer and hardly manages to make PKR 24,000 per month. Amid the COVID inflation, it has become impossible for them to save up for Tayyaba’s Caesarean surgery. Moreover, they have exhausted their resources in private consultations during the course of pregnancy. He told us:
“Half of what I earn goes into the rent of my house. Even if I save up for an entire lifetime, I still won’t be able to raise enough money for Tayyaba’s surgical procedure. Amid these worries, the excitement of welcoming another baby into the house has dimmed down. We do not know what to do.”
As a last resort, Tayyaba Munir has requested Transparent Hands for help. We have assured her that we would help her as much as we can. Now, all we need is your help. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Tayyaba Munir’s C-section as much as you can.
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full. Hospitals have granted us a grace period for bill payment.
